We Love Doodles is a direct to consumer ecommerce brand built for Doodle owners. We make coat and skin care products designed specifically for curly, high maintenance coats. Our products solve real problems like matting, dryness, and irritation using natural ingredients made in the USA.

About the role

You run all marketing across DTC. You own revenue, retention, and growth. You report straight to the founder. You ship fast and you measure everything.

What you will do

  • Build and test offers and bundles. Own pricing, positioning, copy, and the funnel.

  • Help manage omnichannel Shopify, Amazon, Tiktok Shop, Chewy, and Walmart. Update products, fix issues fast, track performance, and improve conversion and site speed.

  • Plan the marketing calendar. Own weekly targets and review performance.

  • Work with the ad agency to test Meta and TikTok creative.

  • Improve landing pages and run simple split tests each week.

  • Manage subscription growth and reduce churn.

  • Review customer feedback and shape product plans.

  • Track daily metrics like CAC, LTV, AOV, MER, and margin. Adjust fast.


This is a hands-on role. You do the work yourself. We move fast, cut complexity, and stay lean. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team that wears many hats, moves quickly, and values smart, scrappy execution over bureaucracy.

Requirements

  • Strong E-commerce experience across multiple channels.

  • Strong Shopify background.

  • Experience with email marketing.

  • At least 3 years in DTC ecommerce.

  • You understand conversion, LTV, and retention.

  • You can write clean copy for email and product pages.

  • You work fast. You ship daily.

  • You can manage freelancers and agencies as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience in pet brands.

  • Basic creative skills for ads.

  • Past work in fast-growth startups.

Compensation

  • $80,000 base + performance bonus
