We are looking for a Content Manager to become the heartbeat of our content production. In this role, you will take ownership of our content engine across courses, webinars, newsletters, sales assets, and social media.
This isn't just about writing. It is about taking rough ideas and outlines and transforming them into polished, engaging learning experiences. You will work directly with the founders to build the voice of the brand. Your work will touch every part of the company. You will help us drive revenue and engagement through five key areas:
1. Creating World-Class Learning
Turn module outlines into clear, engaging scripts for our academy courses.
Edit and shape lesson materials, including worksheets, checklists, and certification requirements.
Prepare content for our monthly course drops and weekly video lessons.
Help speakers prepare by creating briefings and content for our virtual summits.
2. Marketing & Community Growth
Write and schedule newsletters that people actually want to read to drive engagement and leads.
Draft social media content for LinkedIn to support our two founder brands.
Create polished sales collateral, such as one-pagers, demo sheets, case studies, and partner decks.
Ensure our brand voice remains consistent and friendly across all platforms.
3. Supporting Our Partners
Build custom-branded content packs for our white-label partners.
Create "swipe copy," announcements, and internal toolkits for vendors when we release new materials.
Assist with course previews and demos for vendors who are evaluating our platform.
4. Project Management
Keep our content pipeline moving smoothly with organized weekly deadlines.
Coordinate with our external contractors, designers, and video editors.
Maintain the master calendar for academy releases, summits, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
Keep an eye on the numbers by tracking performance metrics for newsletters and social posts.
5. Quality Control
Review outlines generated by AI tools to ensure accuracy and tone.
Act as the final gatekeeper to ensure every piece of content meets our high standards for clarity and usability.
Manage version control and file naming so the team always knows where to find the latest assets.
You are a writer at heart. You have strong writing and editing skills and know how to simplify complex concepts for a professional audience.
You are hyper-organized. You love project management and never miss a detail.
You embrace AI. You are comfortable using AI tools to draft, refine, and speed up your workflow.
You move fast. You are happy collaborating closely with founders in a high-growth startup environment where things change quickly.
You are tech-savvy. You are familiar with (or can quickly learn) tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Canva, Riverside, and Descript.
Bonus points. Experience with course production, legal tech, or AI education is a huge plus.
Here is how you will make an impact right away:
Month 1: You will have three course modules published smoothly through the academy workflow.
Consistency: Weekly video content will be released on schedule, and the newsletter cadence will be stabilized with improved open rates.
Partnerships: You will deliver partner content kits for our Academy launch partners.
Sales: Our sales materials will be updated and standardized across both academies.
Culture: You will have built strong, collaborative relationships with the internal team and our contractors.
