Key Duties:
Payroll processing and employee compensation management
Accounting support and financial reporting
Managing invoices, expenses, and reimbursements
Coordinating with HR and finance teams on payroll compliance
Data entry, record-keeping, and reconciliation
General administrative and project management tasks
What we look for in candidates:
Proficient in English (written + spoken)
3+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance (international experience preferred)
Proficient with financial tools (QuickBooks, Sheets/Excel, Ramp, Mercury, etc.)
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and proactively identifying solutions
Trustworthy, reliable, and experienced with confidential financial data
