We’re hiring our first Product Marketing Manager to define and scale how we tell our story to the market. You’ll own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for new features, while enabling Sales and Customer Success with the tools to win and expand accounts. You’ll also bring the voice of the customer into Product, ensuring our roadmap reflects real workflows, pain points and needs.
This role requires someone who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, and who thrives on simplifying complexity. You’ll sit at the center of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to help GC AI accelerate adoption and expansion.
What you’ll do
Lead product and feature launches, from messaging to GTM execution
Develop and evolve positioning, narrative, and competitive differentiation
Build enablement materials for Sales, Customer Success, and partners
Interview customers and prospects to understand workflows and use cases
Shape ICPs, personas, and packaging/pricing strategies with Product and Sales
Maintain competitor and market intelligence, including trends and analyst input
Create and manage a library of customer stories and proof points
Support analyst engagement and category-building efforts
Conduct win/loss analysis to inform GTM strategy and improve conversion rates
Partner with Sales to design messaging, talk tracks, and objection-handling for unique segments (mid-market, enterprise, specific verticals, etc.)
Develop assets that map to each stage of the funnel (top-of-funnel education, mid-funnel case studies, bottom-funnel ROI calculators)
Support thought leadership initiatives, helping position GC AI not just as a product, but as the leader in Legal AI
Build training programs for Sales and CS so they can confidently articulate differentiation and value
Report on performance of product marketing initiatives and optimize continuously
What you’ll bring
7+ years of B2B product marketing experience with proven results
Experience marketing technical products (SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise software) to a professional or regulated audience
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience
Strong ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling messages
Experience building enablement and content assets from scratch
Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Data-driven, test-and-learn mindset
Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
The expected range of compensation starts at $150K to $200K. We give candidates the ability to choose between a mix of equity and cash.
