About the role
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented CapCut Video Editor to join our team and take ownership of editing and post-production. This is a high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys experimenting with trends, and wants to directly shape the brand’s voice through engaging video content.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Content Creation
Edit short-form videos for Instagram and LinkedIn using CapCut
Apply transitions, text effects, and animations to make videos engaging and on-trend
Cut, trim, and sync clips with voiceovers, captions, and background music
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and creative direction
Requirements:
Strong portfolio of short-form social content
Proficient in creating subtitles, overlays, and platform-optimized formats
Excellent attention to detail and sense of timing/pacing
Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Experience with startup, agency, or social-first brands
Knowledge of social media trends and meme culture
Ability to repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips
