Hey! We're Founders Arm. We find and pair Virtual Assistants with US based companies.
We are looking for a dedicated SDR/BDR to take care of lead generation, cold calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls and outbound/inbound lead generation
Manage CRM and follow up with leads to book demos
Follow up with partners to secure client access and integrations
Conduct initial setup calls with clients before handing off to technical teams
Handle contracts and answer client questions via email
Create LinkedIn content and arrange customer webinars
Requirements:
2+ years sales development experience
Strong cold calling and communication skills
CRM management experience
B2B sales experience preferred
Content creation abilities
Self-motivated and organized
