About the role

As our first full time marketing & growth hire, you’ll be working on a wide variety of tasks to help us grow our direct-to-consumer business.

This is a multifaceted role that spans all aspects of marketing, growth, partnerships, and the patient experience at Medfinder. You’ll work directly with our CEO and collaborate closely with our fractional marketing team to drive growth across multiple channels.

We need a relentless problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, is excited about working extremely hard, loves experimentation, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty with work that is non-traditional for a marketing role.

What You’ll Do

Primarily, you'll focus on executing strategies that drive patient acquisition, retention, and engagement, help us create a world-class patient experience, and own partnerships with healthcare providers (our main referral source). Here's a glimpse into some of the things you will tackle:

  • Execute on SEO/GEO strategies to drive traffic to our website.

  • Own our organic social media profiles, creating engaging video and still frame content to drive engagement and traffic.

  • Create engaging video and still frame content for paid social ad campaigns and work with our fractional marketing team to optimize distribution.

  • Build and refine referral programs, email sequences, and lifecycle marketing to improve retention in our consumer business.

  • Automate outreach to influencers and partners to expand our creative asset library.

  • Support and engage our healthcare provider partners to drive new patient referrals, while identifying and executing on opportunities to acquire new provider partners.

  • Design and execute A/B tests on our landing pages to increase on page conversion rates. 

  • Use AI-powered tools to accelerate content generation and automate workflows.

  • Ideate and execute new strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a relentless team member with the right mix of creativity, taste, and analytical thinking tied with the ability to execute at an unbelievably high level.

  • You can produce higher quality work than anyone you know, and you can do it twice as fast.

  • You have a few years under your belt, and have proven you can punch way above your weight. 

  • You are a top tier communicator, storyteller, and writer.

  • You have a knack for understanding what great marketing looks like, and you know how to execute your own original playbooks.

  • You never turn down a challenge, and aren’t afraid to figure it out even when you’re not sure where to start.

  • You can pick up and learn new technical tools extremely quickly.

  • You own everything you do, good or bad.

  • You don’t fear failure, you fear stagnation. 

  • You want to build from the ground up. A traditional 9-5 would bore you to death.

  • You can mix your creativity with an analytical mindset and are comfortable working with data and dashboards.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience growing B2C products from 0-1.

  • Background in healthcare or health & wellness.

  • Previous founder, startup, or high growth experience.

This role is located in-person at our office in Boston (Downtown Crossing Area). We love working together in person, and believe that our odds for success increase by being in person. We want you to want to be in the office. We work hard to make the office a fun, enjoyable place where you actually want to show up!

The role will be compensated through a combination of salary and equity. As our first Marketing & Growth hire, you’ll be laying the foundation for a large portion of our growth in the long term, and will have lots of room for upward mobility as our organization scales.
