About the role

We're seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a key role in customer support, operations, and research. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support

  • Manage customer inquiries via Intercom (automations, tickets, resolutions)

  • Respond to comments/reviews on Meta, Instagram, and App Store

  • Escalate technical issues as needed

Operations & Admin

  • Update documentation in Notion/Google Docs

  • Communicate with team via Slack

  • Assist with ad-hoc operations tasks

Research

  • Conduct online research using tools like ChatGPT

  • Compile findings into actionable insights

Requirements:

  • Experience with Intercom (automations, tickets, reporting)

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Available for part-time work including weekends

  • Proficient with Slack and Google Workspace

  • Self-starter who works independently

  • Bonus: Customer success or operations experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Social media platform experience

  • Template adaptation while maintaining brand voice

  • Strong research and summarization skills
