We're seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a key role in customer support, operations, and research. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support
Manage customer inquiries via Intercom (automations, tickets, resolutions)
Respond to comments/reviews on Meta, Instagram, and App Store
Escalate technical issues as needed
Operations & Admin
Update documentation in Notion/Google Docs
Communicate with team via Slack
Assist with ad-hoc operations tasks
Research
Conduct online research using tools like ChatGPT
Compile findings into actionable insights
Requirements:
Experience with Intercom (automations, tickets, reporting)
Excellent written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Available for part-time work including weekends
Proficient with Slack and Google Workspace
Self-starter who works independently
Bonus: Customer success or operations experience
Preferred Skills:
Social media platform experience
Template adaptation while maintaining brand voice
Strong research and summarization skills
