As an IT Helpdesk Specialist (Remote) at Pentagoet Inn, you will play a crucial role in our company's technological advancements. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our team members and ensuring smooth operations of our IT systems. Provide remote technical support to team members on IT-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
Install and configure computer systems and applications
Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions
Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and systems
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support roles
Proficiency in MS Word and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
