About the Role: We're looking for a resourceful Business Development Rep to help grow our pipeline. This is a role for someone who's scrappy, creative, and not afraid to experiment with new ways of sourcing leads.
What You'll Do
Research and build targeted lead lists (manual research on LinkedIn)
Create and refine outreach email copy for campaigns
Source leads across multiple channels, including LinkedIn & X (Twitter)
Collaborate with our team to develop outbound strategies that convert
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in lead generation or outbound B2B sales
Comfortable using multiple sourcing methods beyond just software tools
Excellent communication and copywriting skills for outreach
Bonus: track record building successful outbound campaigns for startups
