About the Role:
We’re looking for a full-time recruiter / workflow assistant to help us stay organized and ensure our recruitment pipeline runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with our head of recruitment to manage resumes, keep inboxes clear, and provide client-facing support.
What you’ll do:
Create polished resumes and candidate profiles
Screen resumes + manage candidate flow using our head of recruitments account
Keep inboxes at zero and ensure smooth candidate communication
Support our head of recruitment with scheduling + basic workflows
Assist with simple customer success tasks during the early stages
What we’re looking for:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented and comfortable with managing multiple workflows
Proactive and reliable — able to anticipate needs and follow through
Bonus: experience in recruitment or client-facing roles
