We're seeking a sharp and resourceful Talent Partner to help us scale world-class remote teams for fast-growing startups. You'll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating high-performing talent across executive assistance, marketing, and engineering roles.
The ideal candidate is a proactive operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to spot top-tier candidates from a mile away.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen high-quality candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
Manage end-to-end hiring workflows and candidate pipelines
Work directly with clients to understand role requirements and team dynamics
Coordinate trials, interviews, and onboarding between talent and clients
Keep meticulous records of candidate progress and performance
Build and maintain a strong talent bench across multiple functions
Requirements:
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or operations—preferably in a remote or startup environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple pipelines at once
Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, etc.)
Comfortable working with fast-moving teams and evolving job scopes
