Key Responsibilities:
Research prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Clay
Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to SMB and enterprise targets in Canada
Qualify leads and book meetings for leadership team
Follow up on inbound leads from events and marketing campaigns
Maintain CRM records and organize follow-up sequences
Collaborate with marketing on targeting and messaging alignment
Requirements
1-3 years BDR/SDR experience (SaaS or fintech preferred)
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Available to work EST or PST hours
Trained in formal sales techniques, sequencing, and objection handling
Experience with HubSpot, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar sales platforms
Proven track record of meeting quota and booking qualified meetings
