About the role

Hey! We’re Founders Arm, a recruitment company that pairs companies with talented Assistants with companies based in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Clay

  • Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to SMB and enterprise targets in Canada

  • Qualify leads and book meetings for leadership team

  • Follow up on inbound leads from events and marketing campaigns

  • Maintain CRM records and organize follow-up sequences

  • Collaborate with marketing on targeting and messaging alignment

Requirements

  • 1-3 years BDR/SDR experience (SaaS or fintech preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Available to work EST or PST hours

  • Trained in formal sales techniques, sequencing, and objection handling

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar sales platforms

  • Proven track record of meeting quota and booking qualified meetings
