As our Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll be the talent acquisition engine powering our fast-paced growth. You'll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our values.
You will partner with our founder/CTO and engineering team to play a critical role in building the foundation of our technology teams - Engineering, Product, and Design. With your extensive experience in technical recruitments and passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences, you will source and build a technical team that changes how legal work gets done.
What you'll do
End-to-End Technical Recruitment: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles with speed and precision, focusing on sourcing and hiring top talent for our Engineering, Product, and Design teams
Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement advanced sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates with a growth mindset (1% everyday!) in the competitive AI space
Technical Business Partner: Work closely with senior leadership, hiring managers and technical team to understand hiring needs, build interview plans, provide market insights and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process
Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates at every stage of the recruitment process - from sourcing & first outreach to offer acceptance - ensuring timely, transparent, and thoughtful communication at every stage
Employer Branding: Champion GC AI’s mission and values within the tech community, positioning us as an employer of choice for top technical talent and ensuring we are represented at the appropriate recruiting events, meetups, etc.
Process Optimization: Continuously refine and enhance our recruitment processes, incorporating industry best practices and leveraging data to drive decisions. Track recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and iterate on sourcing and process strategies
You need these qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience, including in-house recruitment experience at a venture-backed startup
Experience using a combination of creative sourcing techniques/channels in a competitive market and AI automation to streamline your outreach
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and innovative sourcing tools
In-depth knowledge of the technology landscape, current market trends, and the ability to engage with senior-level technical professionals - including emerging AI technologies and roles
Experience in building recruiting structures (creating job descriptions, interview plans, evaluation metrics)
Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers as a trusted partner.
Highly organized and autonomous; able to juggle multiple searches and priorities without dropping the ball.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills to effectively communicate GC AI’s values, mission, and value proposition

Compensation
The expected range of compensation starts at $130K to $175K depending on level. We give candidates the ability to choose between equity and cash.
