Role Overview

Mission: Connect 1 Million fans through AI-powered sports experiences by 2026. We’re looking for a high-impact Affiliate & Growth Partnerships Manager to build and scale our external growth engine — combining affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and community-led growth. This is a hybrid role blending creator relationships, campaign execution, and strategic revenue-driving partnerships.

You’ll work directly with the founding team and lead the development of Sports Genius into a household name across the sports betting and fantasy ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Development

Build and manage the affiliate program from scratch (CPA, CPL, hybrid deals)
Set up tracking tools, dashboards, payouts, and partner tiers
Explore integrations with networks like Impact, Refersion — or build in-house Creator & Influencer Partnerships
Recruit and manage creators in betting, DFS, and fantasy sports
Coordinate co-branded content, weekly picks, model showcases, and contests
Negotiate performance-based deals and build long-term relationships
Source and manage UGC for use in paid campaigns and landing pages Performance Growth & Sponsorships
Test paid media (Meta, TikTok, X) and coordinate with affiliate promos
Launch sponsorships with podcasts, newsletters, and fantasy platforms
Track CAC, LTV, traffic, and conversion funnels — and report regularly
Design creative landing pages with our content and design teams Community & Viral Growth
Moderate and grow presence in Discord, Reddit, and fantasy communities
Run contests, streak challenges, and gamified campaigns to boost UGC
Coordinate feedback loops and user engagement with internal tools Strategy, Compliance & Iteration
Stay compliant with gambling and advertising regulations
Iterate on commission structures, run partner contests and seasonal boosts
Build scalable partner documentation, onboarding flows, and case studies
Represent Sports Genius at events or online collaborations

Requirements

2–6+ years in affiliate, influencer, or performance marketing
Experience working in sports betting, fantasy, SaaS, or gaming preferred
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and campaign coordination skills
Analytical mindset — you’re fluent in metrics like ROI, CAC, and funnel drop-off
Excellent communicator and natural collaborator with cross-functional teams
Self-starter — you’re scrappy, creative, and bias toward action in a startup setting
Bonus: You’ve worked with sportsbooks, DFS platforms, or sports content creators
Bonus: Familiarity with affiliate tech stacks, creator platforms, or referral tools
