About the Role:
We’re looking for a growth-focused Full-Stack Product Engineer with experience in Rails and React to join our team and help build a product from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founder and VP of Growth, taking full ownership of the development process and driving key features to launch. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the direction of our product in a fast-paced, 0→1 environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and ship features quickly across the stack (Rails + React).

• Collaborate closely with the founder and VP of Growth to align product development with growth goals.

• Think like a PM—identify opportunities, prioritize features, and own execution end-to-end.

• Use AI as a tool to scale and accelerate development and product improvements.

• Have high ownership in both product and technical decisions.

• Contribute to defining technical standards, architecture, and processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with Rails (backend) and React (frontend).

• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept to delivery.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

• Familiarity with leveraging AI to improve product development efficiency.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills—this is a remote-first position, so you'll need to be proactive and clear in your communication.
