As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you’ll support our marketing team in developing, executing, and analyzing social media marketing campaigns. You’ll create engaging content, work with the latest social media tools, and help grow Medfinder’s digital presence. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital healthcare marketing and content creation.
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
Design graphics and advertising content using Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or similar tools
Edit and produce basic short-form video content for social media
Monitor social channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.)
Research trends, competitors, and best practices in social media marketing
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas and execution
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and current trends (as we like to put it, you are “Very Online”)
A strong social media presence of your own
Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
Experience with Photoshop, Canva, Figma or similar
Familiarity with basic video editing tools on mobile and desktop platforms
Understanding of social media analytics and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Self-starter with a creative mindset and a passion for digital marketing
Experience with and content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and AI content creation is a plus

Position runs Summer 2025 (June–September), with the possibility to extend based on performance and business needs
$15-25 per hour, 20–30 hours per week
