Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that align with our product and business goals. You will mentor junior engineers, make architectural decisions, and play a critical role in scaling our technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications and services.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features that solve real customer problems.

• Lead architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.

• Continuously improve software engineering practices and development workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, C#).

• Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and/or backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, .NET Core).

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Solid knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), data modeling, and system design.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

• Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization.
