About the role

TLDR

Candidates with the following experience are preferred but not required:

  • 5+ years of product management experience

  • Startup experience preferred (0 to 1)

  • B2C experience

  • Agency experience

  • Located in North America preferred

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Serve as the voice of the community; advocate for user needs through the product development process.

  • Clearly define and communicate vision, problems, and opportunities to your team and clients.

  • Lead projects end-to-end, including project management and product strategy & execution.

  • Consistently exceed client expectations regarding their goals, budget, timeline, and scope.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the client, providing clear communication and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Deliver engaging presentations to clients, effectively conveying product vision and strategic goals.

  • Collaborate with research, design, and engineering teams to develop new products and recommendations.

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may hinder Late Checkout's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.

  • Support the development of business cases and operating plans.

Skills

  • The successful candidate should possess a blend of the following skills:

  • Strong leadership skills and team-oriented mindset.

  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).

  • Solid understanding of design and engineering principles.

  • Excellent in creating core product management documentation (eg. user stories, requirements, KPls).

  • Experience with C-level presentation and decision-making.

  • Ability to work autonomously and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong product intuition, vision, and empathy for users, clients, and team members.

  • Effective project planning, collaboration, and organizational skills.

  • Curious and proactive in staying current with the latest trends and advancements in product innovation.
