We’re seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top engineering talent. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple technical roles across various functions while maintaining speed, quality, and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Launch and manage multiple technical hiring pipelines
Source, screen, and interview engineering candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements
Maintain active communication with candidates and internal teams
Assess technical capability through structured evaluations
Manage ATS workflows and keep candidate data up-to-date
Own the full-cycle recruitment process—from outreach to offer
Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes
Requirements:
3+ years of technical recruiting experience
Experience hiring for software engineering, DevOps, or technical roles
Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.)
Strong understanding of technical stacks and engineering workflows
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple open roles concurrently
Highly organized with a detail-oriented, proactive mindset
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Nice to Have:
Prior experience at a startup or recruiting agency
Exposure to technical screening or code review processes
Experience hiring globally across multiple time zones
Familiarity with the tech hiring market trends
