About the role

We are seeking a skilled Ads Campaign Manager to oversee our advertising initiatives across Google Ads, YouTube, and Twitter platforms. This role will focus on maximizing campaign performance through expert attribution modeling, creative optimization, and platform-specific strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies across Google Ads, YouTube, and Twitter

  • Design and manage robust attribution models to accurately track campaign performance

  • Collaborate with creative teams to optimize assets for specific platform requirements

  • Lead YouTube advertising initiatives with focus on platform-specific best practices

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement data-driven optimizations

  • Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI across all platforms

  • Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms

  • Demonstrated expertise in attribution modeling and performance tracking

  • Strong understanding of YouTube advertising requirements, formats, and best practices

  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to optimize assets for specific platforms

  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations

  • Proficiency with Google Ads, YouTube Ads Manager, and Twitter Ads platforms

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and/or YouTube Ads certifications

  • Experience with additional social media advertising platforms

  • Understanding of video production requirements and specifications

  • Background in performance marketing for SaaS or B2B companies

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
