The Role:
We are looking for a commission-based Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven experience selling offshore staffing or BPO services. This is a remote role where you’ll be responsible for generating your own leads, initiating outreach, and setting qualified meetings with U.S.-based business decision-makers. You’ll report directly to our team and receive support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and qualify your own outbound leads
• Reach out to business owners and decision-makers through cold email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Set up qualified meetings with prospects for our closers
• Report progress and metrics weekly to our internal team
• Manage pipeline activity using your own or our provided CRM
Requirements:
• Direct experience selling offshoring, outsourcing, or BPO services (required)
• Excellent communication, lead generation, and appointment-setting skills
• Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
• Strong understanding of U.S. business culture
• Comfortable working independently and reporting regularly
