The most ideal person for this role understands the psychology behind great consumer products and have a proven track record of designing experiences that become part of people's daily lives. You're as comfortable crafting pixel-perfect interfaces as you are defining product strategy and working with engineers to bring ideas to life.
Consumer Platform Interface: Design the modern-day Library of Alexandria - a platform where people can discover and interact with the world's greatest minds. Create intuitive interfaces for clone discovery, interaction, and knowledge exploration.
Mind Finder Experience: Design the world's first search engine for human minds, with novel interfaces for exploring thought patterns, expertise, and personality matches. This includes crafting beautiful, intuitive ways to surface relevant clones and expertise.
Simulation & Interaction Systems: Design next-generation interfaces for clone interactions - from video calls to messaging to citation systems. Create experiences that make digital interactions feel natural and meaningful.
Experience designing products that reached millions of users at consumer technology companies
Deep understanding of consumer psychology frameworks (habit loops, engagement patterns, user motivation)
Strong sense of brand stewardship - ability to maintain consistent brand voice and identity across all touchpoints while scaling rapidly
Expertise in designing viral growth and retention mechanisms
Strong grasp of gamification principles and notification strategy
Proven track record of driving user adoption through behavioral design
Experience crafting onboarding flows that convert and retain users
Mastery of engagement metrics and how design decisions affect them
Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams
Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
(Optional) Background in behavioral psychology or HCI
