About the role

This is our first SDR hire. So we're looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing sales team. In this role, you'll be the critical first point of contact for potential customers and play a vital role in our company's growth trajectory.

As an SDR, you'll focus on building our sales pipeline through a combination of targeted outbound prospecting and managing inbound lead flow. You'll work closely with our Account Executives to identify and qualify potential customers, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality meetings that convert to revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to our ideal customer profile (ICP),

  • Outbound is going to be 90% of the role

  • leveraging email, phone, and social selling techniques

  • Qualify and manage inbound leads efficiently to maximize conversion opportunities

  • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and discovery calls for Account Executives

  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations

  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in our CRM system

  • Meet or exceed monthly quota for qualified meetings set

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and targeting
