We're looking for a driven, experienced full-stack engineer with an eye for product to help us build the future of HVAC.
Full Stack Engineering: Design and implement modern, responsive websites, focusing on front-end user experience while seamlessly integrating with back-end services and APIs
Product Management & Strategy: Has owned product vision and execution from idea to launch. Experienced in leading sprints, wireframing, and building end-to-end.
Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and scale applications on AWS or GCP, optimizing for performance and reliability
DevOps Practices: Set up CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control workflows
Collaboration & Ownership: Participate in architectural decisions, system design, and ensure successful project delivery
Leadership: Lead a team of 1-2 other engineers, work with cofounders on roadmapping and sprint planning.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant field
Experience: 2-4 years in full-stack development
Front-End Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript and Next.js (or React) with an eye for UI/UX best practices
Back-End Skills: Experience with Python/Node.js and RESTful APIs; comfortable debugging across the stack
Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP in production environments—deploying, scaling, and optimizing high-traffic web applications, including load balancing, autoscaling, and cost optimization strategies
Databases: Familiarity with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker), and version control
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement
Figma or UX/UI design skills
Familiarity with WebSockets, GraphQL, or Kubernetes
Experience building SaaS applications
Proven track record of shipping AI products
Exposure to AI/ML projects
