Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple simultaneous music marketing projects

• Create and assign tasks to team members based on project requirements

• Maintain active presence in team communication channels

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines

• Serve as liaison between account managers and delivery team

• Monitor project progress and resolve potential bottlenecks

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Continuously improve workflows and processes

Requirements:

• Extended availability including weekends and evening hours

• Project management experience

• Proficiency with project management tools and software

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Excellent attention to detail

• Professional written and verbal communication skills
