Hey, everyone! I'm Harun Ansari, founder and CTO of PAM AI, specializing in AI for auto repair. We're on a rocketship trajectory and hiring an AI integration fellow. We're seeking a young, talented, and eager engineer passionate about building in the AI era. This role, initially for 3-6 months, has the potential to become full-time with competitive pay and equity. Our team is seasoned in AI, having worked with tools like ChatGPT since their release. If you're early in your career but love creating and iterating on software, come join us and grow exponentially. Thank you!

We're now looking for a cracked, early-career engineer to build industry-specific integrations and help shape the next generation of voice AI.

What You’ll Do:

- Build Node.js + TypeScript AWS Lambda functions using the Serverless Framework

- Integrate with third-party systems like XTime and other industry tools

- Take ownership of core voice AI logic and lead the development of intelligent conversational flows

- Write clean, tested, production-grade code (unit, integration, E2E)

- Use tools like Cursor to work fast and learn even faster

- Ship projects end-to-end with real user impact

You Might Be a Good Fit If You:

- Have 0–2 years experience and are already shipping production-ready projects

- Can show a portfolio, repo, or story that proves you’re different

- Thrive when given autonomy and ownership

- Are deeply curious about voice AI, automation, and real-world impact

- Love making tools that feel like magic

Bonus Points:

- Experience with voice AI applications

- Built your own side projects or shipped tools others actually used

- Know how to think in systems and write composable, readable code
