Why we need you

As Prompting and Content Attorney, you'll set the stage for how legal teams of the future work. Your impact will be direct and measurable. The best part? The product is great and it’s easy to get adoption. We have a clear, deep product market fit as customers want our product. In this role, you’ll leverage your legal expertise to maximize the value of  GC AI’s tools for customers, becoming a trusted advisor on how our solutions can enhance their daily workflows. You’ll use your expertise to craft AI solutions to customers’ unique problems and demonstrate the value of AI to legal teams. You’ll be part of a fast-moving startup, where your contributions will shape how we grow and succeed in a rapidly evolving legal landscape.

What you'll do

• Draft high-performing AI prompts that solve real-world problems for our diverse customer base and demonstrate product value to potential customers

• Prepare and organize quality AI prompts and sample output across a variety of industries and legal challenges to demonstrate the versatility and applicability of AI

• Engage with lawyers at existing and prospective clients to understand their workflow challenges (whether in legal research, contract drafting, document analysis, due diligence, and more), then demonstrate how GC AI’s tools can solve them in a practical, impactful way

• Act as the “Voice of the Customer,” sharing legal insights with the product teams to improve our product features based on client feedback.

• Help shape market perception by positioning GC AI as a credible, substantive, and valuable partner.

• Boost enthusiasm and adoption for AI by teaching prompting classes that help users become more effective and efficient lawyers with AI.
  

You need these qualifications

• 4+ years experience in the legal field, including two years practicing (or working in legal operations) in-house 

• Already love using AI

• Demonstrated smarts - either in school, in a side hustle, or some other way you've shown you learn quickly, deeply, and well

• Automation, CLM, or other legal software experience

• Into community, into helping others, and have a keen memory for people and their goals

• A proactive and empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Capacity to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively

• You have experience in diverse legal practice areas/industries 

• You are nerdy about legal tech

Compensation

The expected range of compensation starts at $150K to $180K CAD depending on level. We give candidates the ability to choose between equity and cash.
