We are searching for a curious, energetic, and results-driven individual to join our ever-growing Customers Team as a Business Development Representative (BDR)
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting activities. You'll identify potential customers, conduct initial outreach, and qualify leads before handing them off to Account Executives for closing. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to launch their sales career in a supportive, high-energy environment.
You'll be working closely with a team of 3 and will participate in meetings with customers and employees both by phone and online video, emailing, and taking part in weekly standups with the rest of the company to discuss your progress.
Research and identify potential clients using various sources and tools
Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling activities
Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs
Qualify leads based on established criteria
Schedule meetings or demos between qualified prospects and Account Executives
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly outreach and qualified lead targets
Stay updated on company products/services, competitors, and industry trends
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-motivated with a resilient, positive attitude
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools, preferably tools such as Copilot, Slack, Ringotel and Microsoft 365

Qualification or previous experience in business, sales or marketing
0-2 years of sales experience (entry-level candidates welcome!)
