We’ve pioneered a new model for crypto media — open, modular, and community-powered — and now we’re looking for a Head of Advertising Sales to help us scale.
The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Head of Advertising Sales to lead and grow our revenue engine. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with top crypto protocols, infrastructure companies, and service providers — securing advertising and sponsorship deals that fuel the next phase of Leviathan’s growth.
This is an opportunity to shape the business model of one of crypto’s most dynamic media projects and work directly with founders, marketers, and community leads across the space.
Build and manage a pipeline of sponsors and advertisers across crypto verticals (DeFi, L2s, tooling, wallets, etc.)
Develop and refine our media kit, pitch deck, and pricing models
Close deals for show sponsorships, newsletter ads, and custom content packages
Collaborate with production, editorial, and community teams to ensure sponsor satisfaction and alignment
Identify growth opportunities and new revenue streams (events, token-gated placements, branded content, etc.)
Report on performance metrics and revenue projections to the core team
3+ years experience in advertising, media sales, or partnerships — preferably in Web3 or tech media
Deep understanding of the crypto landscape and the needs of crypto-native marketers
Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with strong negotiation skills
Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and decentralized environment
Bonus: You’ve worked with crypto DAOs, on-chain data, or run media campaigns for protocols
