About the role
As a Founding Software Engineer at Flint, you will be expected to:
- Understand and adapt to rapidly evolving business and user needs
- Actively participate in product feature ideation
- Collaboratively design, develop, and deliver features

Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with React and Node.js
- A keen interest in the application of AI in both formal and informal education settings
- No academic qualifications or minimum number of years of experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong opinions on product development
- A trendy sense of UI/UX design
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience with NextJS
- Familiarity with RDBMS
