Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Live Chat Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

Provide prompt and courteous live chat support to community members.
Address inquiries and resolve issues related to our services and programs.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
