As our first marketing & growth hire, you’ll lay the foundation for long-term direct-to-consumer growth, defining and executing strategies that drive patient acquisition, retention, and engagement.

What You’ll Do

As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will own the entire patient journey—from awareness to conversion to lifecycle marketing. You’ll work directly with our CEO and collaborate closely with our engineering team to drive growth across multiple channels.

Here’s a glimpse into what you’ll tackle:

Design, run, and analyze A/B tests on product flows, landing pages, and outreach strategies.
Develop and execute SEO strategies across On-Page SEO Optimization, Technical SEO, Keyword Research & Analysis, and Link Building activities.
Design & manage a dynamic content engine that is able to respond quickly to market demand shifts as well as leverage existing demand.
Ideate & brief creative concepts. Design an implementation engine that allows for regular creative delivery.
Build and refine referral programs, email sequences, and lifecycle marketing to improve retention.
Automate outreach to influencers and partners to expand our creative asset library.
Identify, test, and scale growth products (e.g., viral tools, quizzes, or widgets) to drive new user acquisition.
Build and manage internal dashboards to track performance metrics like CAC, LTV, & ROI, uncover insights, and use data to prioritize new initiatives.
Use AI-powered tools to accelerate content generation and automate workflows.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and high-energy growth leader who can both ideate and execute at a high level.

Must-Haves

4+ years of experience in growth and marketing (preferably in a B2C environment).
An ownership mentality with a whole lot of hustle and ability to both ideate and execute.
Proven ability to generate, test, and scale customer acquisition strategies.
Willingness to experiment with unconventional marketing channels, virality loops, and referral programs to drive scalable user acquisition.
Excited to pick up and master new skills quickly to meet the changing needs of the business.
Desire and excitement to work in an extremely fast paced environment with the ability to pivot strategies based on performance data and market trends.
A deep appreciation and understanding of customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and customer lifecycle management tactics.
Experience leading content generation efforts with a knack for crafting compelling creative & copy that converts.
A bias for action—you get things done with limited guidance.
Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with data, dashboards, and testing tools.
Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics tools, CRM systems, and AI tooling to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Experience growing B2C products from 0-1.
Background in healthcare or health & wellness
Previous founder, startup, or high growth experience

This role is located in-person at our office in downtown Boston. We love working together in person, and believe that our odds for success increase by being in person.
