Work in diverse product areas to solve challenges like booking healthcare appointments online with real-time availability, collecting patient information with customizable forms, and processing millions of dollars of payments.
Design, architect, and build delightful and scalable software to solve our customer’s problems.
Own cross-functional projects end to end, from technical design and decomposition to a successful launch and rollout.
Partner with engineering leaders and product managers to generate, prioritize, and deliver on ambitious engineering goals.
5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a focus on building customer-facing products.
A history of sustained contribution over time.
A vision for what great software and great engineering looks like, and the technical expertise and leadership skills to make that vision a reality.
Excellent product-level thinking. You can understand all the different aspects of how customer journeys and data flows touch each part.
Ability and desire to solve high impact problems with any tool necessary, even if it requires stepping out of your comfort zone.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders, and business needs to the engineering team.
