Zero is building the next-gen AI platform for growth companies to manage their go-to-market end-to-end. The market for CRMs and various sales tech solutions is massive ($100B+) and AI is rapidly disrupting the ways these softwares will be used in the future. What You'll Build
- A modern compound SaaS platform with tons of smart AI functionality and a killer UX
- A product that actually delivers on the AI promise with practical use cases
- Advanced backend systems that process and analyze massive amounts of customer data in realtime (emails, meetings, Slack discussions, product analytics etc)
- Slick, Linear-inspired frontend using Vue.js, TypeScript and our own proprietary realtime data sync engine and custom UI components
- New prototypes and features directly with customers - no PM layer in between
- Supercharging our team productivity with better developer experience (dev tooling, automated testing, admin UIs)
Who We Want
Let's be direct: we're only interested in the absolute best and brightest engineers with startup experience and a founder mindset. If you're not one, or aren't confident you'll be one, this probably isn't for you.
You need:
- Startup experience and founder mindset - you've built things from scratch, have owned projects end-to-end and have an entrepreneurial mindset
- Speed - you can turn ideas into shipped features in just a few days and get excited about moving as fast as possible
- Full-stack mastery with modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack
- Track record of maintaining large codebases with growing teams
- Experience with Vue.js (or React) and Node.js
- Excellent taste with products and sense of good design when building UIs
- Strong PostgreSQL knowledge
- You are not afraid to interact with customers directly
- Genuine passion for building AI tools of the future - you’ve probably already tinkered with LLMs to create some useful tools for yourself or your team
Bonus points:
We don’t expect you to be a unicorn but deeper experience in some of these areas would be highly appreciated:
- Experience with optimizing complex SQL queries and building real-time analytics/reporting pipelines
- Building scalable distributed task queues with Redis or similar tools
- DevOps experience with Google Cloud Platform (we use e.g. Github Actions and Cloud Run)
- Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, full-text search
- Building custom UI design systems/components
- Building realtime collaborative features using Websockets, tRPC, YJS etc
