Our product converts simple screen recordings into studio-quality videos and documentation, with an AI-powered editing experience. Over 300 companies across the globe use Clueso to create videos and articles for customer education, product marketing, employee training, and many more use cases.
As Clueso’s first Account Executive, you’ll work closely with the founders to expand our customer base in the US market. You’ll own the entire sales cycle—from identifying top opportunities to closing deals—helping businesses adopt Clueso’s AI-powered video creation platform. This is a foundational role where you’ll play a key part in shaping our sales motion and fueling our next phase of growth.
Convert high-priority trial accounts: Clueso operates on a PLG (Product-Led Growth) model too, allowing companies to sign up and explore the platform on their own. You’ll analyze sign-ups, identify high-value trial accounts, and convert them into paying customers.
Hunt for new business opportunities: Prospect and generate leads within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), building a scalable outbound sales motion.
Own the sales cycle: Manage everything from initial outreach to contract signing, including product demos, negotiations, deal structuring, and billing.
Build relationships that drive revenue: Engage with key decision-makers and influencers, ensuring long-term customer success.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with founders, customer success, and product teams to deliver seamless experiences and provide insights that shape the product roadmap.
2+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS products, ideally in the US market with $2K–$10K ACVs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with late-night working hours (up to 3 AM IST) to engage with US-based customers.
Results-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Great at building strong relationships with champions and influencing key decision-makers to drive deals forward.
Self-driven, fast learner and can take charge of projects independently.
Expected working hours: 60+ hours per week
