We're seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team at Founders Arm, where we connect US-based businesses with exceptional offshore talent. In this role, you'll focus on sourcing and evaluating Engineers & Developers while building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
Core Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate Developers & Engineers through your established networks and recruiting channels that we will provide.
- Assess technical capabilities for different roles: front-end, back-end, web developers, full-stack engineers, etc.
- Build and maintain talent pools specializing in backend development and system integration.
- Partner with US-based clients to understand their technical requirements and team culture.
- Conduct initial technical screening calls to evaluate candidates' expertise.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local tech communities and professional networks.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience, with a proven track record of placing developers and engineers.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate technical skills and experienc.
- Extensive local network within the developer community and established relationships with tech talent.
- Experience in offshore/international recruitment and understanding of cross-cultural communication.
- Track record of successful placements with US-based companies.
- Excellence in candidate assessment, including technical screening and soft skills evaluation.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and success rates.
