What You’ll Do

Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute a high-impact social media strategy to drive awareness and engagement for "Boba Quest".
Build and grow an engaged gaming community across TikTok, Twitter (X), Instagram, YouTube, and Discord.
Define and refine our brand voice.
Stay ahead of platform trends, viral content, and emerging social media tools.

Creative Direction & Content

Lead the creative vision for social media content, including memes, short-form videos, trailers, and viral campaigns.
Work closely with designers, video editors, and influencers to create thumb-stopping, shareable content.
Identify opportunities to tap into gaming culture, internet trends, and player-driven storytelling.

Community & Engagement

Build and nurture an active, loyal fanbase through interactive campaigns, challenges, and conversations.
Develop real-time reactive content that capitalizes on trending moments and viral discussions.
Engage with players, respond to feedback, and foster a strong sense of community around "Boba Quest".

Performance & Growth

Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize engagement and audience growth.
A/B test content formats, posting strategies, and messaging to maximize impact.
Work with the paid marketing team to scale reach and amplify organic success.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in gaming, entertainment, or consumer brands.
Proven track record of growing audiences and driving engagement.
Expert knowledge of TikTok, Twitter (X), Instagram, YouTube, and Discord.
Ability to lead creative direction and collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators.
Strong understanding of gaming communities, memes, and content that resonates with players.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Experience with influencer partnerships and content creator collaborations.
