In this role, you'll work closely with founders, investors, and internal teams to source high-potential startups, structure deals, and provide portfolio support. The ideal candidate has a strong network in the venture ecosystem, experience in investment analysis, and a passion for scaling innovative businesses.
Identify and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities
Build relationships with founders, investors, and industry leaders
Conduct due diligence, market research, and financial analysis
Structure deals and negotiate investment terms
Provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies
Represent Neo.com at industry events and conferences
5+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or startup investing
Strong network in the startup and investment ecosystem
Proven track record of sourcing and closing investment deals
Deep understanding of financial modeling, market trends, and business strategy
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation
