Hi, I'm Thomas Kavukat, CTO at RXNT, a thriving business for over 25 years. I've been with RXNT for 20 years, and we’ve grown at a double-digit rate over the past 5 years. As a private company with no outside investors, we're focused on innovation for healthcare professionals in the US. We're seeking a VP of Engineering to lead our next innovation stage. The role involves solving complex engineering challenges, addressing technical debt strategically, and enhancing testing automation. We aim to upscale traditional engineers for future AI-based projects. We value candor, excellence, ownership, and mission focus. Looking forward to connecting!

Vice President of Engineering – RXNT

RXNT is seeking an experienced, hands-on Vice President of Engineering to lead and elevate our engineering team, driving the next phase of growth for our innovative healthcare SaaS platform. As a privately-owned company serving physician offices across the U.S., we are at a pivotal moment in our journey and need a leader who can bring fresh perspectives, tackle complex technical challenges, and deliver impactful solutions that move us forward.

The CTO, who has been a pivotal leader in shaping the product's technology vision, now finds himself stretched thin. With the company scaling and multiple product initiatives on the horizon, the leadership team realizes that they need a dynamic, strategic, and experienced VP of Engineering to help lead the engineering team, manage complex initiatives, and drive continuous improvements in both technology and process. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product, guiding the engineering team, and implementing best practices across all technical aspects of the business. With a focus on creating a strong code coverage framework, enhancing our QA process, and improving delivery speed, you will inspire a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
