Hey! We’re Founders Arm, a recruitment company that pairs companies with awesome offshore talent with businesses in the US.


We’re currently looking for a Business Administration Assistant to help support our client.


Key Duties:

  • Manage billing cycle, payments, invoices, and vendor relationships including contract documentation
  • Maintain financial records, implement SOPs, and lead process improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-departmental workflows, handle discrepancies, and ensure compliance while optimizing operations

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in English
  • AP/AR experience with strong attention to detail and spreadsheet proficiency
  • Reliable professional with ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to procedures
  • Independent worker in EST time zone with proven administrative and financial management skills
