We’re currently looking for a Business Administration Assistant to help support our client.
Key Duties:
- Manage billing cycle, payments, invoices, and vendor relationships including contract documentation
- Maintain financial records, implement SOPs, and lead process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross-departmental workflows, handle discrepancies, and ensure compliance while optimizing operations
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in English
- AP/AR experience with strong attention to detail and spreadsheet proficiency
- Reliable professional with ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to procedures
- Independent worker in EST time zone with proven administrative and financial management skills
