Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Business Development: Leverage your IoT network to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals with key clients.
  • Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team as the company scales.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance Install IoT's market presence.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on IoT industry trends and competitors to position Install IoT as a market leader.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Operations: Build and refine sales processes, tools, and reporting systems for efficient operations.
  • Revenue Ownership: Be accountable for meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably in the IoT, SaaS, or tech service industry.
  • Network: Strong existing connections within the IoT industry, including decision-makers and influencers.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and scale sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter with a passion for building and growing companies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to create and implement long-term sales strategies while managing day-to-day operations.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technology Savvy: Familiarity with IoT technologies, solutions, and market trends is a must.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
