We're currently looking for Sales Development Representatives to help early-stage startups expand their market presence and drive revenue growth by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building.
Key Duties:
- Strategic prospecting and lead generation
- Managing outbound campaigns (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn)
- Market and competitor research
- Territory and account mapping
- Pipeline development and management
- Meeting scheduling and prospect qualification
- CRM maintenance and data management
- Performance tracking and analytics reporting
What we look for in candidates:
- Native or highly proficient English communication skills (written + spoken)
- Located in Colombia with ability to align with US time zones
- Proven track record in outbound sales or business development
- Experience with sales tools
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong research and prospecting abilities
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
